Hoje foi dia de conhecer a Praia do Gunga, um lugar lindo,
que fomos barco. Lá, ficamos em uma barraca onde confraternizamos com os
amigos, almoçamos e jogamos baralho.
O mar estava uma delícia, água refrescante
para aliviar o calor. Ainda, a praia possuía várias lojinhas em que
aproveitamos para comprar cangas.
A que mais fez sucesso foi a da bandeira do
Brasil, quase todos intercambistas compraram, isso graças ao Simon da França,
que aprendeu a pechinchar, conseguiu um super desconto nas cangas e foi eleito
o “Rei da Pechincha”.
No fim da tarde, parte do grupo foi para a Praia do
Francês assistir o pôr-do-sol e parte ficou no hotel relaxando na piscina. Para
fechar nossa estadia em Maceió, mais jantar com forró ao vivo. Amanhã... Natal!!!!!

Today we went to Gunga Beach, a beautiful place that required a boat to get to. There we stayed in a tent where we got a chance to stay with our friends, have lunch and play cards.
The water was wonderful, and really refreshing to relieve the heat. The beach also had several little stores that we took the opportunity to buy “cangas”.
The most successful canga was the one with the Brazilian flag that almost all the exchange students bought thanks to Simon from France, who learned how to bargain and got a super discount in tha “cangas”, what caused him to be elected “Bargain King”.
At the end of the afternoon part of the group went to Francês Beach to watch the sunset, while the other part relaxing in the pool. To end our stay in Maceió, more dinner with forró live. Tomorrow… Natal!!
